My first class with Tuck I’ve taken barre at Bar Method for 3 years Some things are the same and some are different I like more stretching at end and also barre work on

Hi Joni- I will work on adding some stretching at the end. It’s something I need to do more of as well. I typically try to do a little yoga stretch after, because our yoga teachers are great! That being said, I’m not the best at yoga, so some good stretching at the end of a barre video would be helpful:) Glad you joined us!!
