BarreSHRED with Callie 25 – SNACK

We’ve created this 10-minute “snack” version of our full shred that will give you a full body workout in just 10 minutes. We’ll thigh dance while we work arms and then get into some intense (but quick) core work with weights!

    I’ve never been so hungry for a snack. I really really needed this. my allergies are killing me and I only get small bits of time between meetings. this is amazing and I’m sore from 10 mins.
