Great short class. I did this on the road and it was just enough to get a full workout in limited time with minimal equipment.

I usually like 45 minute full body classes but I overslept today and only had 30 minutes so decided to try this class and LOVED it! Great all over workout for just 30 minutes. I’m saving it my favorites to do again if I have limited time.
