Barre with Ann – 46

The block is one of the worst props because it gives you NOTHING back but alas, we use it in this full body class that will test your shoulders, thighs and butt. AND obliques. Woof. Also this is not mentioned in the class but I was thinking of it the entire time – watch Deadloch! It’s good.
