Join Ann for an all barre standing class. Using a light, medium or heavy resistance band is optional, but will add the ultimate side seat burn. This class is a combination of cardio movement and burn-y feel good flow-y stuff. Have fun with it!

Great class, Ann. When I went to put my chair and computer back my legs were trembling so bad I could barely walk! Kind of excited to feel that good pain tomorrow.
