Join Callie for a full body extravaganza! We’ll start with some slow feel good movements that might make you feel a little bit high (legally!) and then move right into an upper body sequence with some fun little cardio and balance mixed in. You’ll hear about how Ann keeps Callie in line, and then we’ll take our clothes off and get some feelings out with the White Stripes. We’ll finish with core and Carly mothering us with a tongue bath. It’s a lot guys. This one is a lot.
