Join Callie in your boogie shoes for a quickie that will leave you feeling energized, strong, and a bit shakey in the tush. We’ll strengthen upper body while we get our heart rate up and isolate tush and thighs at the barre. You will push and pull on your barre a bit, so grab a sturdy piece of furniture or chair. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

Omg yes! Vanessa at Idle Hands is amazing. I’ve never been a facial person bc I felt uncomfortable (always felt like my skin was “bad”). First time I went to her she was like a. your skin is beautiful. She fixed literally all of my dryness and my skin’s texture/softness/feel has never been like this before. She also doesn’t push anti aging shit. Basically this place is the tuck of skincare ha! I love so much
