Cardio Burn

This is a true cardio burn class. The band here is optional, but you’ll get that nice deep burn while getting your heart rate up either way. Best part? This workout will be over in under 25 minutes. The perfect way to start your day!

      hahaha. That day was brutal – back in the beginning when we thought recording multiple classes in a day was… possible!!! How silly!
