Bloom in June Challenge: Cardio Arms with Ann

We’ll get that heart rate high as the sky for this one weight cardio class. It’s full body but focusing on the arms in this one. It’s a nonstop party and we’re excited. You just need one heavier weight for this one!

P.S. we’re more than halfway through the challenge! OMG!
