Full Body Barre with Callie – 2

Join Callie for a slow, intentional class that will help you find your next edge. We’ll start with an upper body series that will strengthen your shoulders and postural muscles and then we will move to the barre for a tush-focused foldover/parallel sequence. We finish om our mats with a side body workout and core.

This one is a doozy and your butt and thighs will be exhausted. But you may just walk away with a post-workout buzz 🐝

    that Costco tank!! I’m obsessed, also they have the greatest and best sports bras…last time I went I got a 3 pack for $19. 🙂

    Loved this class! Callie’s support, encouragement, and humor got me through as usual. (At this point I can sometimes guess which rhyming word is coming :))
