Join Callie for an advanced 30-minute deep core workout for a chance to dive deeper into your core and explore the transverse abdominis. This is our second workout in our “deep core” series. You’ll need a mat and a Pilates ball (or roll of paper towels will work too!). We will start in table top to activate and then work to strengthen our transverse abdominis (and full core) in effective, intelligent ways. Bonus – our pelvic floors get a pretty intense workout too.
