Low Impact Butt and Core with Callie – 4

Join Callie for a quickie that is part feel good, part challenge. You’ll stay on your mat and work deep in your core then get into some lovely challenging tush sequences. We’ll talk through corn band-aids (this will make sense later), decorations and gross partner habits, all while Carly demonstrates why she is the cuddly-est, cutest dog ever. You could use a pilates ring or a ball for this class!
