Join Ann for an all standing class that features heavy butt, thigh and core work. This is one of those classes that will make you feel strong through your standing leg (which works the whole time, sorry!) but super sore all over. A nice mix of burning and moving will keep you so interested and intrigued that you’ll be surprised 27 minutes has gone by so fast!
