Sweatember Challenge: Full Body Barre with a Side of Tush with Callie

Join Callie for a mostly all barre class that will get your heart rate up and your tush burning. We’ll complete a longggg sequence at the barre, do some butt wiggles and then finish on the mat with some extra tush with the band. The music keeps us alive in this one and we promise it goes fast.
