Sweatember Challenge: Full Body Barre with Emily

This full body class with Emily has a major focus on glutes and arms, often at the same dang time. So, our intention for this one is maintaining strong butts and arms throughout and really activating that butt – like bringing the mind fully to the butt. Don’t think of anything other than your butt. You get the idea. You’ll love this one because Emily is always so fun. Take some of her energy and run with it!
