Sweatember Challenge: Standing Core Barre with Ann

We’ll stick to standing for our core barre class today with a fun, non-stop barre sequence. While this class is all about our core, you’ll get some good thigh work in there, too, so don’t panic! Update on the car: mechanic plugged the tire and said “let me know how it works out!” Feelin’ optimistic 😜
