Barre with Emily – 2

You almost forget how hard body weight movement is…until you take this class with Emily! Feel free to add ankle weights to this one, but we promise you don’t need them to feel the burn. Tons of core, inner thigh work and outer seat work. Enjoy this one – I’m exhausted already!
