Core Barre with Callie – 6

Join Callie for a feel good, Pilates inspired core class that will leave you feeling more mobile in your spine! We’ll review lateral breathing and engage our transverse abdominis with deep full exhales as we flow through slow, controlled movements. You will leave feeling lighter and energized!

    Loved this class and would love to have more of the Pilates inspired ones…I realized my back definitely needs more strengthening..:the swimming left me 🥵
