Yes! You could do this entire sequence standing (just remove ball or put behind knee). The set up is the same – lift bended leg, push knee behind hip (or in line with hip), and roll hip forward so your lifted, bended knee points slightly downward. Make sure you keep standing leg slightly bent!

Great class Callie – I have actually done it twice already. LOVE the warm up and the arms/abs sequence was fantastic. Also loved that you said you feel like a millionaire because you have pomegranates. Almost as good as your line that you felt like a rich person when you made a “yogurt parfait.” I totally know what you mean!

Right!? Adds so much spice. You are engaging your lats and obliques with the pull so your butt and hip muscles have to do more work to lift the leg. It’s the perfect storm
