This is a full body barre class for everybody but Ann as she works through an annoyingly persistent shoulder issue. And what’s the deal with citrus!? Sound off in the comments but let’s remember to keep it civil. #citrusgate

Another winner!
Also, I usually buy citrus about every other week. Mostly navel oranges. I don’t get grapefruit, I’ve never been a fan. Mainly because my grandmother would eat them and make a loud slurping noise, and I found that so annoying.
Second, ever since the creation of those cutie clementines( those easy peel ones),you are correct, clementines are around all year. It’s a little unsettling

Happy Halloween

I don’t usually buy grapefruit but now I really want one! And definitely with sugar.

Great class, Ann. I find all citrus to be a crap shoot and generally avoid unless I have a cold and really crave it. Also, loved that you included the Phillies song on this workout!

Sorry about your shoulder Ann – I’ve been recovering from a knee issue, and it’s so frustrating when things get wonky! I have a new appreciate for physical therapists!
As far as citrus goes – I really like grapefruit and endorse the grapefruit spoon. However I don’t find myself buying them that often. The clementines are so unpredictable lately!! I had one a week ago and it was amazing – so sweet and juicy. When I bought another bag this weekend they are terrible – and I thought we were in prime clementine season now!?
Thanks for a great class – I really enjoyed this one!

Great class – thank you,
I love grapefruit and always have preferred them to oranges. I don’t think they need to ripen – they are either good and juicy or not. I remember a small knife, seretated on both sides at the top, that was used to loosen the fruit from the peel when they were cut in half and I own grapefruit spoons!

I don’t remember the last time I actually ate grapefruit. I did read an article that you can use them to clean the shower and tub recently. When I did eat them, I definitely put sugar on them. Thanks for the great class, I love doing the small movements that make a huge impact.
