10 minute practice to get circulation flowing and stretch the shoulders and hips/ankles/achilles (yes, we’ll be doing yoga squat). Optional to have a yoga mat or blanket, if you’d like to put something underneath your ankles for the squat. Optional to have blocks or a chair to sit on for the squat.

This was lovely! My body is so sore from a weekend of sleeping on the ground, waterskiing, and playing with children. This was just what I needed to stretch it all out!
