    I LOVED THE PLAYLIST! Wanted to dance around the whole time. I even liked the kygo What’s love remix at the end( love the original too) It was nice, my hammys( sp? 🤔) won’t be too happy with me later but I really enjoyed the set 🔥🎉

      Mmm that’s a good idea. I could possibly start doing that – however they get a little chaotic so I’d have to clean them up a bit. I will ponder this!

    legs up the wall is a nice supportive inversion. Especially nice for pregnant people with lower leg swelling in the hot summer months!

    Great class, Ann. That was HARD (harder than I was expecting). I paired it with one of your arms classes for the perfect workout! Roger was also especially cute in this one.
