BarreSHRED with Callie – 25

Join Callie for a shred with a bit of everything. We’ll do a more dynamic warm up and then move right into deathly planks on the ball. We’ll multitask during arms with some juicy thigh dancin’, and then lay on our bellies to crush your tush. Core at the end is the juiciest, with lots of breath and tension. No time or energy for a full class? Try our 10-minute “snack” version of this class!

    Really fun class, Callie! Time flew by. I especially loved the warm up and ab series, although my favorite part of class was a tie between you saying “we’re going to skip the barre today” and your cat licking your back.
