Flow to Crow with Amy – 2

This is the second of three crow classes from Amy. Amy describes this class as a Flow to crow variation, Eka Pada Bakasana B, One Legged Bakasana B. In this flow you will open up through the hamstrings and hips, work your core, and build the foundation to a bakasana variation. If you haven’t already, check out Amy’s first Flow to Crow class.
