Spring Challenge: Quick Cardio Barre with Ann

Ann maybe had a little too much fun in this quick and dirty cardio class. We’ll focus on legs and arms (and a wee bit o’ core) and then we’ll dance into the sunset. Hope you have fun taking this class, too!
