BarreSHRED with Callie – 23

Join Callie for country barre 3.0! We will challenge ourselves in a long plank series on the ball (sorry in advance) and then dance 💃 on our thighs while we work arms. We will use the wall to do a hella terrible chair plie series and finally (!) finish with clam and oblique work. Your attention is valuable. Thanks for spending it with us.

    Ohmygoodness this class! First of all – CK (Chicken Killer) the geriatric husky is SO honored to be recognized. She was so flattered that she got her old lady behind up out of bed to kiss me several times while we were on the mat.

    And let me tell you, this old lady also loved the shout out! Tuck is absolutely a community (not cult), thanks to you, Callie (and Ann and Vikki and Cassie and Jasmine and all the other great instructors). I am stronger than I have ever been in my whole life thanks to Tuck.

    Finally, I loved this class! You had me so afraid of plank on the ball that I thought it was going to be much longer, so when I actually did it I thought it was short (but brutal – totally felt it). Chair against the wall was a really fun alternative to using the barre (if you can use the word fun to mean insanely hard.) Looks like another class is going into the favorites category!
