Quickie Stetch Sesh with Callie – 2

Dreaming of open hips and hamstrings? This stretch sess is for you! We’ll release tension from our hips and hamstrings (will feel particularly good if you sit a lot or run/bike/walk/do human things), eventually working our way into the splits! Don’t worry, we do it with help from our little friend, the bolster. No bolster? A folded blanket will work!

    ummm you know I don’t LOVE yoga/stretching classes, but mama is getting really immobile these days and sore. This was exactly what I needed. SOOO good. Also cracked up at you coughing because of a cat hair haha – That’s content you can’t get anywhere else folks!
