Plank Arms with Ann

You just need a mat and one weight for this longggg plank series. We’ll test the limits of your love with a doozy plank challenge but sometimes a little challenge is a good thing! P.S. 9 month pregnant Ann is tired. Thank you Jim for doing all the work for me.

    I was afraid 24 minutes wasn’t gonna be enough today. Then Ann happened😁 I’ll spend that extra time I had lying here on the floor… while my shoulders cry❤

      Ahh nice Jenny! Yeah 24 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot except when you are in plank the WHOLE time. Way to take time for yourself today!
