Standing Butt and Arms Barre with Ann

This is a quick standing butt and arms class. We’ll use one weight and a chair/barre to work the glutes while we hold onto the weight for dear life! This is a short class but we promise your butt and shoulders will remember it. Ann’s brain is mush. Don’t judge.
