There’s something about the yoga block lately that’s really doing it for Ann. It’s safe…reliable…a little fuzzy…not too cuddly… whatever it is, we’re rolling with it! This full body class is a little bit of everything, but mostly it’s Ann attempting to do barre while pregnant – we’re coming down to the wire folks. Lots of thigh work, side seat and obliques in this barre class. You can use a ball or book in place of a block!

Yay, congrats! That’s so exciting and I’m so glad! By the time I’m responding to this you’re like 20-something weeks – I hope the hardest part has passed! My “best” times were like 20 to 32 weeks. I know everyone is different but that’s when I felt the most energy so I’m hoping you are also having something like that too
40 weeks (my due date it today) is…ROUGH.
