Low Impact Butt and Core with Callie – 3

Grab a pair of stretchy pants and your chair/barre/piece of furniture and join Callie for one doozy of a class. We’ll use the barre the whole time to focus on strengthening our lower body and core. Take breaks on this one – your thighs and butt may die otherwise. Enjoy!

    ooh well that was a huge amount of fun & burn at the same time!! wahoo.

    I doubt I will be able to move later on though ahahah.

    LOVED the thigh dancing at the barre and the work with the band.
