I pulled something in my back this morning and wasn’t sure I was going to work out at all today but this class was perfect!

Woof I hope you’re back feels ok. I have the worst BUTT pain (Sciatic pain) and i’m trying to do a little something and some stretching every day so it doesn’t get worse, but it is hard to move at the same time. It’s nice to do something light and feel a little better.
