Amy leads us through a 60 minute flow that focuses on moving through hip openings. You’ll also work up to arm balance poses bhujapidasana and/or tittibasana. Don’t be intimidated if you aren’t used to arm balances! This is an all levels class and Amy will guide us through each step to wherever you are in your arm balance journey.
