Ok so this class is more like 45 minutes and not the 30 as Corey intentioned, but isn’t that always the way?! Trust us, you’ll want every single minute of this hip opening class. Let’s be honest, most of us are probably doing a whole lot of barre and not a ton of stretching. Challenge yourself to take this class – you won’t regret it!
