Challenge: Upper Body Strong with Ann

“You’re almost there!” That’s the lie that’s being told in today’s upper body strong class. 29 minutes of classic arm work will feel intense – but we can do it! Take breaks, drop weights and remember, you’re almost there. Even when you’re not.

    Really great upper body class, Ann! Had to drop the weights several times just to make it through, but it was worth it.
