Challenge: 50 Minute Cardio with Ann

This is NON STOP cardio – starting with a warm up, right into a quick plank series, arms, and then finally at our barre for butt stuff and standing core. Take breaks when you need and grab water! Sad shout out to Roger in a cone 😫

*please note – the audio in the beginning of the video is a little hard to hear – I tried to fix it but couldn’t figure it out – it clears up though, promise!

    • Thanks for taking class and for the note on Roger. He’s really taken to the cone now and maybe even prefers it – although it might be because we give him treats every time he’s in it… this hot spot is taking a while to heal! Hopefully the cone comes off soon!

  9. Sweat in my eyes! At around minute 40 I thought “maybe 50 minute cardio barre is just too much for me!” And then I heard the shout out (pronounced “lu-on” btw) and it got me through! Thanks for another great one, Anne! Always look forward to when a new class from you drops.
