Low Impact Core and Arms with Callie

Join Callie for a low-impact doozy of a class. We’ll use the ball and weights to help engage the deeper layer of your belly. This class focuses on a slow, intentional burn that you’ll love/hate. No stories today because Callie could barely talk during this!
