How to Vinyasa Workshop with Corey

In this class we will workshop, i.e.: breakdown and look at the most common sequence in vinyasa flow classes: the vinyasa! The poses we’ll break down and their transitions are: chaturanga, your belly down backbend (cobra or upward facing dog), and downward facing dog. (Further details of downward facing dog will be covered in new workshop!) This is a workshop rather than a flow class. But expect to work! And it’s super important to know how to approach these critical poses that we repeat so often and are the building blocks for much of our practice. First ten minutes are a discussion about why we vinyasa and why it’s important to approach it thoughtfully – but the rest of the class we’ll be moving. This a workshops series!
