We’ll hit the ground running in this full body barre class. Starting with a warm up that will get your heart rate up and your thighs burning, then moving to deep core work and finishing with more butt and thigh work at the barre. Don’t worry – while this class doesn’t use weights, we’ll still hit the arms, too!
