Oh SH*T – another cardio step class! We’ll go 32 minutes of straight cardio with a few short breaks for tricep dips. You’ll work legs, arms, core and get your heart rate UP. If you don’t have a stepper, may we suggest using a 12 pack of cans, a small step stool or stair. You could also do this workout with no equipment. Lace up your sneakers and get ready for this class. It goes by fast!
