Barre with Ann – 26

This class starts slowwww in table top and works our way through burny, feel good movement in table top and plank. You’ll get tons of shoulder, core and glute work with a short but fun thigh burner at the end!

    Wow – this class was intense! I sweat way more than I thought I would for being on the mat, and I definitely felt the burn in my shoulders, core, glutes, and even thighs thanks to that killer section at the end.
