This is a quick under 30 minute class that is focused on thighs and core. We’ll start standing to get our heart rate up, move to a plank series (with a sad downward dog attempt) and finish on our back for a killer core series (obliques on fire). This is a quick way to work up a sweat! Also…yes that’s a Christmas tree…I’ll leave you to wonder if I keep my tree up this long or if I forgot that I recorded this class!
