Butt Stuff with Jasmine – 1

A resistance band and mat are the only props needed, but the whole class can be done without the band. An upbeat playlist tries to distract from the 🔥. Also, aren’t allergies the worst?! So grab a band and enjoy this killer butt burn!

    wooo this was SUCH a wonderful class. Barely could do the table top but felt so good when it was all over and done with! Thanks Jasmine, you have a way of helping me get through your tough classes. Loved the music too!
