First, great shirt. Good purchase – even at non-Target prices. Second, this class was HARD. Crazy burn on the legs by the time the warm-up was over. I liked the side planks with the slider, but the pikes with the slider while in plank were KILLER. Thank goodness they were short. The arms were so hard I put my weights down, which I almost never do. But it was a fun sequence. I couldn’t make my sliders push forward for the abs sequence on the mat, so I did it without. I know I say it a lot, but kudos for the creativity, Ann. Good class, although I’m ready to say goodbye to sliders for the time being (just my preference – this class could totally be done without sliders, which I may do some time).
