Full Body Blast with Ann – 3

This short full body class uses the resistance band to work our whole body – but mainly it’s a lot of butt stuff. We’ll start with squats using the band, jump right into a plank, pushup and clam series and finish it off with butt stuff at the barre. Quick and sweaty – just how we like it.

    I absolutely loved this class Ann thank you!!
    Do you recall which other classes are similar / have similar standing work at the barre? I love leg lifts / thigh and butt work like this 😉 xxx
