Cardio Barre with Callie – 4

Join Callie (and the zoo) for a quickie cardio barre to remember! This pre and postnatal friendly barre class is done completely at the barre, so your upper body gets a break. While we’re moving through a funky fun lower body sequence, you’ll get to experience what it’s like to have 4 dogs and 4 cats.
