Join Callie for a core class that incorporates the foam roller! We’ll stay on the mat and use the roller to really “get in there.” We even add some feel good rolls to the mix. Definitely listen to your body in this class – you can always ditch the foam roller!

Wow wondering if Santa brought me a gift or a torture device! What I liked best about this class is that it was so challenging I think it will be one that I will come back to so I can continue to work on my strength and stamina!
