If you’re in the mood for a little bit of a slower start then this is the class for you. We’re mixing it up by starting today’s class at the mat in tabletop. We’ll use a light resistance band to push the limits of our legs while incorporating core and arm work throughout in some fun ways! Don’t have a resistance band? No problem! This class can be done without one — just grab some light weights instead.
