This class is like a funky carnival ride. You never know what you’re gonna get until you’re strapped in. But it will look something like this: we’ll start standing at the “barre” for our warmup and then we hit the floor and never look back for low impact (that doesn’t mean easy) core, arms and butt stuff. Bonus? It really will go by in the blink of an eye — pinky swear!

Just redid this class this morning. Such a great class – super creative and worked the whole body. Loved it!
