Cardio Barre with Cassie – 1

Cassie takes you through a short cardio barre class to get your heart rate up. In true mom fashion, she’s using her son’s baby bottles as weights! Cassie is calm and collected as she gets spam calls during class and a badass as she sweats through this cardio burst. Let’s all be a little more like Cassie. True #momgoals.
